They also need to be characterized by non-magnetic, wear-resistant, long life, and high reliability. In addition, the imported high-temperature bearings are required to operate with the drive mechanism under special working conditions such as impact, vibration, tilt, and sway, and the working environment and conditions for imported high-temperature bearings are quite demanding.
Requirements
In the normal operation, the bearing can not be stuck and abnormal phenomenon of noise, at the same time, imported high-temperature bearings need to withstand the impact of vibration, impact and other factors, the materials used in the bearings must have wear-resistant, non-magnetic, corrosion-resistant performance.
material selection
According to the special working conditions of the imported high-temperature bearing, the material of the ferrule and the ball should have the characteristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and no magnetism. It is recommended that the ring material be G52# alloy, and the ball material be Si3N4 or cermet.
